Returns & Exchanges
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges except for damaged or defective products. Should you receive an item in such condition, please notify us within 30 days of purchase, and we will be pleased to arrange a replacement or refund. After 30 days, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
To begin a return, please contact our Concierge Team at concierge@royalapothic.com. Proof of purchase is required.
We reserve the right to refuse returns for items that are damaged, not in their original condition, or missing components, unless our error caused the issue.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email regarding approval or denial.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Sale Items
Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds.
Gifts
If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a store credit for the return amount. A gift certificate will be mailed to you once the return is processed.
